Family Flaming Fun Day Planning

Our regular society members spent time at our monthly meeting planning our Flaming Fun Day.
This event will be help on Sunday 29 June on Western Road Recreation ground. This will be a fantastic event with Music, Bar, stalls, displays and much much more. If you have a stall and would like to be part of this day and help us raise the funds needed to hold our annual bonfire event. then let us know. Annual General Meeting

HBS held their AGM in January and discussed the forthcoming year and vote in our committee. The overall success of the society is built around its members and there is no shortage of support to make the magic happen. We voted in our new committee and captains, some old and some new, and started the planning for 2025.

  • BONFIRE SEASON IS NEARLY HERE!

    We are only a matter of weeks away from the first Bonfire events taking place, however the best is being held in Hailsham 18th October 2025! We are well into our planning stage which takes a great deal of work and our society members are again committed to making this a fantastic event. We are always looking for additional members to support and you can be part of this fantastic event, membership details are available on the website. Keep your eyes on our social media and website for updates, there will also be a programme on sale at various outlets and events across Hailsham very soon…….

  • HBS FLAMING FUN 2025

    Once again HBS triumphed with a fantastic and successful FLAMING FUN DAY in June. A record number of visitors enjoyed music, food, displays, drinks and much much more. The support from the community was fantastic and once again proved that HBS FFD is a fixed event in Hailsham Towns calendar. The society worked tirelessly to make the event a success and those who were there on the day are a credit to the society values, supporting and giving up their time to make the event what it is today. We are looking at how we can beat this years event and welcome any new members to the society who help make this reality. We would also like to thank all those who attended the event with their respective stalls and groups, we couldn’t do this without you.   • HBS BONFIRE CELEBRATIONS

    Following on from the success of the 2024 celebrations we are now in the planning stages for the 2025 event. This will take place on 18th October 2025 with HBS leading the torch lit procession through the town and then a fantastic bonfire and firework finale at our firesite on Western Road Recreation ground.
